The Department of Environmental has as its focus, the preparation of men and women in the field of construction readiness via Asbestos, Lead, OSHA and Hazardous Waste. Our courses at most last one week. Our courses are DLS, OSHA, and EPA approved. Students who take our courses are guaranteed readiness to enter the work force. Our instructors are trained with practical work experience making learning relatable for our students.
Occupational Safety Health Awareness
10 HOURS
This program prepares individuals to learn the federal and state safety and health regulations. The program covers everything from electrical safety, fall protection, personal protective equipment to scaffolds and ladder safety. Upon completion students will understand and be able to recognize the dangers of working in construction, demolition, asbestos, lead and Hazwopper. Students will receive a certificate as well as an OSHA Card. Students are encouraged to verify in their respective states the renewal policies for the OSHA 10 card.

Occupational Safety Health Awareness30 HOURS
This is an advanced course on safety and health awareness which covers in more detail the state and federal regulations. Students will attend a 30 hr course which will go over everything from General Safety Regulations, fall protection, PPE, Ladder safety, confined spaces to excavations. Upon completion students will receive a certificate as well as an OSHA Card. Unlike the OSHA 10 card, the OSHA 30 card does not have an expiration date.
